Will it last?
Your splint will last for a long time and stay in the same shape as long as you keep it clean, and in your splint bath provided to you when you are awake. You only need to give the splint a light brush, with a tooth brush that has no toothpaste on it. You can freshen up the splint by our special cleaning salts in the water of the bath, if you do this every day then the appliance will stay in very good condition, occasionally you can clean the appliance in the cleaner salts and then rinse and leave it to dry in the bath- do this every week for one day.
You must change the water daily in the bath so that it remains aseptic

Do I wear it every night?
After you get used to wearing the device, you will not be able to sleep with out it! The feeling of security and the knowledge that you are now breathing properly and getting that all important oxygen into your blood when you are asleep makes the splint a must have part of your sleep.

I do not know where to begin to solve my problem- it is too complex!
